Dm the artist for the order form and submit it with all necesarry information regarding the commission.

The artist will review the order form and reply back for confirmation.

The artist will start commission process and send the client the concept sketches.

The client may change and request revision 3 times until the concept sketch is confirmed.

After the concept sketch is confirmed, the client pay the commission fee up-front or 50% downpayment.

The artist will continue the commission process and will update the client. The client may request revisions during:

a) Lineart: the client may request 3 minor revisions.

b) Basecolor: the client may request 3 minor revisions. Major revisions is not allowed.

c) Render: the client may request 2 minor revisions. Major revisions is not allowed.

c) Final Adjustments: the client may request 2 minor revisions. Major revisions is not allowed.

(Revision refers to 1 instance of revision request that can include more than 1 changes that doesn't significantly change the concept sketch's composition. When requesting revision, please state the changes you want in one instance.

If the client request changing the previously confirmed commission sketch, such as poses, backgrounds, designs, etc, then it is considered major revision and incurs extra charges.

If the client requests revision exceeding the allowed revisions stated, then it is considered additional revision and incurs extra charges.)

Regardless of when each commission process' phase is finished, the artist will give updates to the client at the end of the week (Sunday afternoon/evening).

After the commission piece's process is finished, the client will pay the rest of the downpayment and extra charges from additional revision fees.

The Artist will send the finished HD commission piece as well as the png files through email.

Rush Fees is charged when the deadline agreed by the artist and client is stated to be under 2 days. The Artist may refuse a rush commission for any reason.

(2 x price of the commission piece).

Additional Revisions Fees is charged when the changes requested by the client exceeds the number of revision the artist has stated

(50k for each minor revisions and 150k for each major revisions).

Additional Revision Fees is charged before the final commission piece is sent to the client.

Digital Commercial Use (directly or indirectly generate profit from the monetized content, such as brand promotional or marketing activities) incurs additional charge

(2 x price of the commission piece).

Merchandise Commercial Use (distribution of commission piece in digital or physical forms that directly or indirectly generate profit from the monetized content, such as physical merchandise) incurs additional charge

(3 x price of the commission piece).

If a client is found to have used the commissioned piece meant for personal use for any commercial use, the artist will ban the client from ordering any future commissions.

I have the right to refuse any commissions for any reasons.

Please adhere to my do and don'ts.

Please send me clear references through text description or through visual references. I don't mind long or extensive references.

Clients will receive the HD version, including transparent png files, through email.

Accepted Payment Method through Bank Transfer (local).

Upfront or 50% down-payment (DP) after sketch approval.

No refund or cancellation after sketch approval. If I (the artist) cannot deliver the commission piece, then the client will be given a full refund.

Please adhere to the stated workflow regarding revisions. Changes exceeding the revisions allowed will incur additional charges.

A commission will be finished in a range of 2 weeks up until 2 months, unless a deadline is agreed beforehand. Rush fees incur additional charges.

I have the right to use and post the commission piece as part of my samples/portofolio, unless the commission is agreed beforehand to be private. Private commissions doesn't incur additional charges.

Do not use the commission piece in NFTs and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Do not monetize personal-use commission piece.

Do not claim the commission piece as your or other's creation.

If a client is found to have used the commissioned piece for any NFTs and Generative AI, the artist will ban the client from ordering any future commissions.
